SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for Business Analysts to work alongside software professionals and client stakeholders, playing a key role in defining, analysing, and improving business and system requirements to deliver effective technology solutions.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and key project elements
• Assist in forming project teams and establishing project budgets
• Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, and producing progress reports
• Use data modelling techniques to identify risks, problems, and improvement opportunities
• Communicate with client stakeholders to understand and manage expectations
• Identify business improvement opportunities through research and analysis
• Determine operational objectives by analysing business functions, information flows, and output requirements
• Develop workflow charts, process maps, and diagrams
• Analyse system capabilities and assess current-state vs future-state requirements
• Write detailed functional and technical project specifications
• Improve systems by evaluating current practices and recommending enhancements
• Identify control gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Develop improved business procedures and documentation
• Support the implementation of new systems and technologies
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements

Requirements

• BSc degree or equivalent qualification
• Business Analysis certification or diploma
