POSITION INFO:

Turning complex processes into clear, concise functional specifications
Playing matchmaker between Business, Product, and Technology
Managing multiple initiatives without ghosting deadlines
Supporting change management and ensuring every solution lives happily ever after
Becoming the go-to subject matter expert on data, processes and methodologies
Mapping processes, identifying gaps, and finding opportunities for optimization

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, projects or process mapping

Qualification:
Degree in Business Analysis, Commerce, Project Management or IT
