So, here’s the thing. You might be brilliant at spreadsheets, user stories, and untangling the mess that is business requirements (basically, you enjoy making sense of chaos). And if you are, then hello, my client needs you.
Their looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help make sense of the financial services world—without the drama of a bad business requirements or messy wireframes. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) involves collaborating with Product Owners, making sense of all sorts of processes, and ensuring the right people understand what’s going on—without losing your sanity.

POSITION INFO:

You have a Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or something that sounds impressive on paper.
You’ve spent 5 years in business analysis, product support, or consulting, ideally in financial services or tech.
You know Agile like your favourite recipe for comfort food and can talk Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Sheets…basically all the tools without crying.
SQL is your friend—you can extract and analyse data like a pro.
You can talk to stakeholders and make complicated things sound simple.
You notice details others don’t, you can motivate yourself, and you love solving problems like it’s a puzzle (the kind where you don’t throw the pieces across the room).

Basically, if you love making sense of chaos, have a knack for explaining it to everyone else, and want to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment—then my client would like to meet you. Preferably before you’ve had a fifth cup of coffee today.
