This role sits at the centre of product delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that business goals are clearly understood and translated into practical requirements. You will work closely with technical teams, project offices and business leaders while contributing to multiple initiatives at the same time. Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements to support solution development
• Convert operational needs into structured functional specifications and workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation while managing requirement changes throughout delivery
• Support testing activities and ensure delivered solutions align with agreed expectations

• Relevant tertiary qualification in information systems, commerce or a related field
• Five to eight years experience in a business analysis role within technology environments
• Exposure to payment or transaction based systems within retail, banking or digital channels
• Proven ability to support multiple initiatives while meeting delivery deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and business analysis platforms
• Experience working with documentation and collaboration tools used in delivery teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
