Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, marketing spend (CAC, ROAS), product usage, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective visual solutions
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards
Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business optimisation
Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and usability issues within reports and dashboards
Stay up to date with Power BI advancements and apply best practices to enhance reporting capabilities

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Visualisation
Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical tasks

Technical Skills:

Power BI (advanced)
SQL and Excel
Strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities

Advantageous:

Experience with Tableau or QlikView
Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes
Exposure to cloudâbased platforms (Azure or AWS)
Power BI or related certification
