SUMMARY:

If you’re a Business Analyst who enjoys untangling complex requirements, challenging assumptions, and shaping real solutions, this role gives you the opportunity to work on initiatives where your analysis directly impacts customer outcomes and business performance.

POSITION INFO:
Our client operates in a customer-centric, data-driven environment, delivering solutions that support financial wellbeing, operational efficiency, and long-term growth for both individuals and businesses. You'll join a collaborative team working across business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions, from problem definition through to validation and implementation. This is a role where you'll be expected to own requirements, influence design decisions, and ensure solutions truly meet business needs, rather than simply passing information along. Requirements: Degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field Business Analysis certification (BABOK, CBAP, or similar) advantageous 5 years' experience in Business Analysis or related roles Experience working within project environments and cross-functional teams Exposure to solution modelling, testing, and validation Industry experience in medical aid \/ financial services highly advantageous Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Experience with process mapping, solution design, and structured analysis techniques Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Ability to support testing, validation, and quality assurance processes Apply now!
