• Translate business requirements to functional requirements

• Create functional requirements specification

• SQL query skills, Oracle

• Agile scrum experience

• Change management

• Incident analysis

• Design and implement business processes

• Creation of user manuals and training

• Create and maintain systems documentation

• Document version control, Sharepoint +

• Client and business partner relationship management
