Business Analyst to consult at client projects

POSITION INFO:

• Able to select appropriate stakeholders and requirements.
• Ability to understand stakeholder''s frame of reference
• Ability to ask appropriate probing questions
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders or project team in the most appropriate format for the required communication (e.g. deliverable progress)

  Requirements Gathering

  • Workshop facilitation: Conduct JAD Sessions, group workshops or one- on- one interviews
  • Ability to document solution scope using a context diagram.  Ability to document changes to scope.
  • Ability to understand and articulate existing business processes, system functions and business rules.
  • Ability to write business requirements (functional and informational) and business rules for a new system or system enhancement.
  • Elicit analyse, communicate and validate requirements
  • Conduct systems, processes, risk and root cause analysis
  • Model processes according to new / To Be requirements and / or historic /current / As Is information.
  • Formulate specification artefacts (URS, BRS, Functional, Non Functional Specifications) that are in alignment with business strategy and that are comprehensive enough for user signoff,
  • Ability to conduct a gap analysis between the process and system requirements and the current process and system environment.
