SUMMARY:
Business Analyst to consult at client projects

POSITION INFO:

Stakeholder Management

Able to select appropriate stakeholders and requirements.
Ability to understand stakeholder''s frame of reference
Ability to ask appropriate probing questions
Ability to communicate with stakeholders or project team in the most appropriate format for the required communication (e.g. deliverable progress)
Able to manage conf

Requirements Gathering
- Workshop facilitation: Conduct JAD Sessions, group workshops or one- on- one interviews
- Ability to document solution scope using a context diagram. Ability to document changes to scope.
- Ability to understand and articulate existing business processes, system functions and business rules.
- Ability to write business requirements (functional and informational) and business rules for a new system or system enhancement.
- Elicit analyse, communicate and validate requirements
- Conduct systems, processes, risk and root cause analysis
- Model processes according to new / To Be requirements and / or historic /current / As Is information.
- Formulate specification artefacts (URS, BRS, Functional, Non Functional Specifications) that are in alignment with business strategy and that are comprehensive enough for user signoff,
- Ability to conduct a gap analysis between the process and system requirements and the current process and system environment.
