SUMMARY:
Business Analyst with Banking experience

POSITION INFO:

The role will be responsible for the analysis, improvement and support of business processes and business requirements. The role is also required to provide insight into business process problems and assist the business unit with the interpretation and understanding of key aspects within the client onboarding, client servicing and investment operations sphere. A key aspect of the role will also be the development and management of all distribution related management reports. The role requires in depth knowledge of back and front office operational functions within the asset management environment. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the provision of long-term client orientated solutions in a timely manner, while taking risk and scalability into account.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Drive the process of identifying business requirements for complex projects/solutions Obtain information and engage with colleagues across the greater business to understand the business unit, its processes and its applications. Use appropriate techniques such as brainstorming, document analysis, focus groups, requirements workshops and prototyping, etc. to elicit complete and accurate requirements.

Working experience in Custody, Cash, Settlements and Trustee departments is must.
