SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in the insurance industry is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team of Analysts. This individual should be able to identify business needs and requirements. The individual should also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders designing solutions, managing expectations, mitigating risks, and delivering results

POSITION INFO:

Description:

Responsible for analysing problems, co-creating solutions with the development team.
Workshop facilitation in order to collect client requirements and perform analysis for projects.
Responsible for story definition, story writing, and acceptance criteria
Managing execution, highlighting risks and dependencies, and resolving conflicts (where necessary).
Ensuring that the solutions as implemented meet expectations.
Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.
Keeping project scope in check (in conjunction with Product Owner).
Conduct system integration and functional testing.
Support the rollout of new technical solutions and /or changes.
Assist operational support area
Seek opportunities to continuously improve the current system.

Education:

BA qualification required

Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years'' Business Analysis experience
Agile SDLC experience essential
Employee Benefits and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred
