A leader within the services industry is looking for a Business Analyst with Shared Services Experience to join their team of professionals. This listed company has been in existence for over a century ago and have grown into the largest in its niche area in South Africa.

As a Business Analyst,you will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for customer master maintenance, invoicing, collections, AR related management reporting and enforcing corresponding internal controls
Implement and prepare strategy to achieve monthly collections target, reducing deductions and speed up the billing process
Offer operational support and assistance
Oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts and collection procedures
Responsible for the overall performance of the team
Provide training to the team
Participate in annual audits and special projects
Update and maintain service catalogue

Qualifications:

BCom Honours or CA(SA)

10+ years’ experience

Management experience in a Shared Service environment
