Business Analyst

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will manage requirements, support the handovers related to the design and implementation of solutions, post go-live support and change management for impacted markets

You will also be responsible for benefits realization of initiatives to ensure closing the value creation loop on the business case

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years telecoms industry experience

Minimum of 4 years experience in continuous improvement management

Minimum of 2 years Management experience is an advantage

Minimum of 2 years USSD optimization

Extensive experience in analysing large data sets

Experience in building Customer Journey maps, Frameworks, Retention’s strategies and persona mapping

Qualification:

BSc Computer Science or similar

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
