A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of a Business / Finance Analyst within a Shared Services division. 

As the Business / Finance Analyst you will be involved with the customers, billing, collection, and legal process, you will need to be an organised individual with a love for numbers.

As a Business / Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for customer master maintenance, invoicing, collections, AR related management reporting, and enforcing corresponding internal controls
• Implement and prepare a strategy to achieve monthly collections target, reducing deductions and speed up the billing process
• Offer operational support and assistance
• Oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts, and collection procedures
• Responsible for the overall performance of the team
• Provide training to the team
• Participate in annual audits and special projects
• Update and maintain service catalogue

Qualifications:

Matric

Completed Bcom Accounting

Skill:

5 - 10+ years’ experience

Attention to detail

Management experience in a Shared Service environment

Previous experience within a Shared Services industry would be beneficial
