Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
A skilled Business Analyst draws out the needs that are not yet known

POSITION INFO:

An established tracking company within the fruit industry is looking for a Business Analyst to join them.

In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with customers. You will also be involved in the process analysis where you will be required to valuate, understand, design and document business processes, understand how the various customers do business and why they do it ‘their’ way. You will need to perform a gap analysis by matching business processes to system functionality.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years business analysis experience(required)

A background in financial administration or logistics (beneficial)

Solid fruit industry experience (Packhouse/Cold Store/Exporter/Logistics

Qualification:

Business Administration or Information Technology degree/diploma qualification (Required)
