SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

A software company in the asset management space is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join their implementation team which includes data engineers, business analysts and project managers. This role will be a link between the client end user and the company’s Project Manager.

Job Description:

In this role you will be performing requirements analysis. This will involve working closely with both clients and the data engineering team to determine acceptable solutions. You will also be gathering critical information from various stakeholders and producing useful reports for clients and/or the data engineering team to implement the solution. You will also liase with Project Management to determine acceptable timeframes and priorities for delivery to the client.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (Required)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Asset Management industry (Non-negotiable)

Exposure to IT and programming languages (Required)

Extensive SQL knowledge

Experience with entity relationship models (Beneficial)

Qualification:

B.Sc. (IT, Computer Science or Engineering) degree or equivalent (Advantageous)
