POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma preferably with an Information Systems focus
Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Business Analysis

Skills:

Knowledge and ability to translate requirements into user stories, process diagrams, and data flow
Knowledge and understanding of project scoping, planning & prioritization
Knowledge of and experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain descriptive and exhaustive requirements from stakeholders

Job description:

Working with clients on a day-to-day business
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Designs new computer programs by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team
