SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma preferably with an Information Systems focus
• Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Business Analysis 

Skills:

• Knowledge and ability to translate requirements into user stories, process diagrams, and data flow
• Knowledge and understanding of project scoping, planning & prioritization
• Knowledge of and experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain descriptive and exhaustive requirements from stakeholders

Job description:

• Working with clients on a day-to-day business
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Designs new computer programs by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
• Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team
