POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

This company wants someone dynamic and energetic to join their team. As a Business Analyst you will be expected to work amongst stakeholders to understand the structure and operations of the business. In achieving the organization goals, you should be able to recommend solutions to problems and suggest innovative ways moving forward.

Duties:

To provide training both internally and externally.
Comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products to assess the competition.
To conduct market research in specific identified target markets.
Establish a market need and business case for specialized product offerings.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
Monitor project progress by tracking activities and publishing reports.
Build workflow charts, diagrams, writing specifications and studying system capabilities.

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent to NQL 4.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of the payment industry.
Competent in MS Office.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst/software marketing/ product management experience.
Payments experience and Africa experience is essential.
