POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems
Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Business Analysist within financial services with project ma agement experience

Desired knowledge and Skills:

Translation of requirements into user stories, process diagrams, and data flow
Solid knowledge and understanding of project scoping, planning & prioritization
Sound knowledge of and experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain descriptive and exhaustive requirements from stakeholders

Job description:

Focusing on clients on a day-to-day business
Indentifyin and determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Designing new computer programs by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team
