We are looking for an energetic dynamic individual to assist our company to empower our clients & new businesses to onboard customers quickly, effectively, and to transact safely & securely. This is all done in a very high-paced agile environment in the software development, and payment solutions industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial aptitude, have extensive knowledge & experience in business analytics, and the various techniques employed to bridge the gap between business needs and the software development process to manage customer expectations and expedite the development process.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting and documenting requirements (the ability to really understanding the business need and articulate those ideas whilst balance them against what is technologically feasible).
• System analysis.
• Strong project management skills – from scope to implementation and project advancement
• SQL queries, and scripting.
• Structured Analysis/modeling to support and enhance text-based requirement gathering/documentation.
• Testing to validate whether the requirements have been implemented.
• End-user support on requirements implemented.
• Facilitation
• Understanding the business requirements, and through a structured process, modeling, validating and translating it into business requirement specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.
• System configuration.
• Billing and recons
• UI testing
• To continually review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs

Requirements

• Matric
• Degree / Diploma in IT and/or Business Process Analysis.
• 5+ years’ experience in business / financial / system analysis and project management.
• 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis preferably in the Fintech, Banking of Financial Services Industry.
• Advance Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and understand code.
