JOB SUMMARY:
A leading supplier of software solutions, product coding and integration services in the South African agricultural sector, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This organization focuses on supply chain visibility from the producer to the port.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Subsequently they build and source software solutions to meet their various customers unique needs through all market verticals.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter and a fast learner. Preferably with some exposure to business analysis or alternatively experience in the fruit industry. The perfect candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem solving and the ability to think outside the box. You will be given the opportunity to grow as a business analyst in an environment that places a high value on innovation, proactivity, and personal responsibility.

Skills & Experience:

The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

The ability to evaluate, understand, design and document business processes

Understand how the carious customers do business

The ability to perform gap analysis by matching business processes to system functionality

Facilitate discussions to drive out and elicit business requirements

Design and document a solution that addresses the business requirements

Qualification:

Business administration degree/diploma; or

IT degree/diploma; or

Business analysis diploma or certification
