Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter and a fast learner. Preferably with some exposure to business analysis or alternatively experience in the fruit industry. The perfect candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem solving and the ability to think outside the box. Skills & Experience:

The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

The ability to evaluate, understand, design and document business processes

Understand how the carious customers do business

The ability to perform gap analysis by matching business processes to system functionality

Facilitate discussions to drive out and elicit business requirements

Design and document a solution that addresses the business requirements

Qualification:

Business administration degree/diploma; or

IT degree/diploma; or

Business analysis diploma or certification
