Business Analyst

Identifying and defining business needs and solutions that will maximize the value delivered by the organization to its stakeholders.
Development of Accurate, Relevant, and complete requirements documentation.
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with business stakeholders, end users, and technical peers.
Take technical ownership of required processes to deliver specifications requirements.
Participating in the regular scrum or cross-functional meetings to review:
Project Statuses
Business Specifications
Errors or operational issues
Timelines
Client feedback
Understanding and following the software development life cycle and the impact it has on the business.
Hosting required meetings with business managers etc.
Develop, deliver, maintain, and implement high-quality technical specifications in line with business requirements/quality standards.
Constantly collaborate with relevant team members to improve functionality and user-friendliness of applications.
Identifying and migrating operational risks within the capability area.
Technical documentation maintenance where required.
Facilitate requirements gathering meetings to define business needs.
Research and recommend tools, methods, and processes to increase effectiveness and delivery pace/quality.
Keep up to date with relevant trade standards or best practices.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4-6 Years of real commercial business analyst experience within the B2B Transactional/ Payments/ SAAS Industry.
Ability to interpret business requirements into technical specifications actions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional logic ability and problem-solving skills.
Understanding relevant programming languages (C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, MS SQL, Web Services, WCF, Frameworks, and Databases).
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
Active and enthusiastic team player acting as an ambassador for product delivery.
Well organized with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple objectives according to prescribed procedures and processes.
Customer-focused through all stages of the SDLF.
Strong payments industry knowledge.
Experience in MS Office Suite, CRM, ASANA, MS Teams, and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or proven experience-based equivalent
