Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Revenue Planning and Forecasting with a good knowledge of Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

POSITION INFO:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Improving our company's revenue planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in revenue planning and forecasting processes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into data models and analytical frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Data Warehouse solutions to support business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation on data models, processes, and workflows.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and implement revenue forecasting models using statistical techniques and data modelling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in revenue planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor revenue performance and trends.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and the ability to create and manage user stories on tools like JIRA and ADO.
• Provide test scenarios and test cases for the testers to execute, as well as manage the UAT process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Warehouse design and development, and Revenue Planning and Forecasting.
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
• BI Experience

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
