Business Analyst, Century City

POSITION INFO:
BUSINESS ANALYST NEEDED TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE BUSINESS CHANGE.

DUTIES:
Identify, clarify and document implementation requirements to assist the organization achieve their goals
Gather, refine and document business and technical requirements
Align requirements with objectives to ensure the delivery of business value
Maintain detailed working knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of the product
Identify and solve business and technical problems through root cause analysis
Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis and impact assessment
Support the implementation and delivery of initiatives as part of a cross functional team
Assist with the creation of training material and support the user acceptance testing processes

REQUIREMENT:
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Agile principles {advanced Agile methodology and waterfall methodology}
MS Office
Skilled in writing requirement specifications in Epic and Story format
Experienced in working across multiple delivery workstreams
Demonstrate effective management of stakeholder relationships at all levels – internally and externally
