Job Purpose

The Business Analyst is responsible for the planning, controlling and co-ordination of business informationand providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Managing Director and leadership team. Dutiesincludes variety of administrative duties involving compiling, collate and analysing business data andrelevant information. Ensures month end reports are accurate and timeous, support the Managing Directorand the leadership team regarding ad-hoc reports and queries. Making standard computations, insights,processing, and maintaining records and files. Manage the flow of information into and out of the businessunit with a view to ensure that necessary and timeous action is taken on all incoming information and thatinformation needing transmission, sharing and/or action is shared. The incumbent has a complete andclear understanding of the organisation and business units. Routines are generally prescribed with minimalsupervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence, prepare businesscase presentations, board management packs for the Managing Director and leadership team touse in management decision-making.
• Review and analyse organisational data, reports and internal surveys to identify areas ofimprovement and draft solutions according to best practices.
• Coordinate document distribution and completion with immediate manager, country generalmanagers and leadership team;
• Manage the flow of information into and out of the business unit with a view to ensure thatnecessary and timeous action is taken on all incoming information and that information needingtransmission, sharing and/or action is shared.
• Ensure delivery of solutions within the allocated project timeframes;
• Ensure discrete handling of all business information, particularly where confidential information isconcerned;
• Communicate with immediate manager, country general managers, leadership team, and otherindividuals to co-ordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, resolveproblems or give / receive advice /direction;
• Provide general administrative support and carry out any other reasonable task as may berequested with minimal supervision;
• Travel locally and international, as required, to conduct the company''s business
