POSITION INFO:

Business Analyst - (DISABILITY Recruitment) – Communications Technology

We are currently recruiting for persons with disability for Business Analyst opportunities for a permanent role with one of the leading Telecoms organisations in the country. Our clients will consider a track record of experience with a top tier consulting firm, ICT company or financial institution.

Educational and proficiency level required:

• Degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science
• Recognised Business Analyst Certification is preferred
• At least 4 - 5 years experience in a BA role
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) would be a strong advantage
• Prior experience working in a complex development environment across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products (Essential / Non negotiable)
• Experience working in the Information & Communication Technology sector is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Contact Centre Systems Technology and/or Industry trends
• Knowledge and experience of Agile & scrum delivery methodologies
• JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint or equivalent preferred

You responsibilities will include:

• Perform business analysis and design activities by assessing requirements for Systems in terms of feasibility and impact
• Creating and compiling accurate user stories, derivation of business rules, and MVPs
• Acting as a technical liaison between business and the technical teams and providing the required support from all areas to ensure delivery of quality solutions.
• Ensuring that solutions are delivered through the agile delivery processes and supporting the technical scrum teams with the delivery of solutions
• Supporting the review, refinement and re-prioritisation of the product and sprint backlog
