  We are looking for a Business Analyst for our HR Payroll Consulting Client.

  R 35000k per month - Remote Role

  Essential Competency:  

  • Defining and analysing of HR and Payroll client requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems â?? 3-5 years
  • HR and Payroll processing experience
  • Must have advanced Excel skills
  Skills and Experience:

  Experience Required:

  • 3 - 5 yearsâ?? experience in Human Resources with an excellent understanding of HR and Payroll operations. 
  • Strategic mind-set, Solution oriented and Service driven
  • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail, problem solving, team playing, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Visio and/or other Process
  • Flow software is preferred, but not required

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  -  Matric
