POSITION INFO:

Microsoft Office (including Visio), JIRA, SQL Query language, TERADATA Query language

Work with business in the identification and
documentation of user requirements
Propose and document process
improvements where appropriate
Define business rules and guide the
implementation of these rules in the
development of the various application
systems
Provides assistance in business case
development (i.e.,research, data collection)
Use engagement techniques to unpack and
document business rules that govern
processes
