POSITION INFO:

Business Analyst - Contract Role (Telecoms / ICT Sector)

We are urgently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a contract role with one of the leading Telecoms organisations in the country. Our clients will consider a track record of experience with a top tier consulting firm, telecommunications company or financial institution.

You will possess experience in the following areas:

Process Analysis & Redesign
Systems Engineering / Systems implementation
Business re-engineering
Continuous Process Improvement

Process mapping
Digital Process Mapping
Journey Mapping
Basic IP MPLS knowledge
Business Requirement Specification (BRS) Documentation
Agile, SCRUM
TM Forum
Master Data Management (MDM)
Digital Document Generation
Project Management

Educational and proficiency level:

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Recognised Business Analyst Certification
Project Management Qualification such as Prince II
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

The role will include key business stakeholder engagements to elicit key requirements, process mapping, quality and assurance, consuming of any operational policies and standards, research of best practice to be incorporated in the target state design to meet the strategic objectives of the client.

Location: Johannesburg (Northern Suburbs), Gauteng

Duration: 6 Month Contract
