As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:

• 🧩 Design Solutions: Collaborate with IT architects and vendors to define system architecture and functional specifications.
• 🧪 Test & Validate: Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• 📦 Deliver Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
• 📊 Drive Change: Facilitate workshops, present proposals to senior leadership, and lead digital transformation efforts.
• 🤝 Lead Teams: Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective self-management and teamwork.

• Business process mapping & innovation management
• Programme and project management (Agile & Waterfall)
• Business analysis methodologies and tools
• Vendor evaluation and onboarding
• Risk analysis and mitigation planning

• MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration
• Command of BRD, FDD, UAT, and project documentation standards
