Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Control & Business Partnering (FC/BC/FBP): Support business units with financial insight, control frameworks, and commercial acumen to drive performance.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses. Present clear findings to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with operational, supply chain, and executive teams to influence strategy and execution.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead planning cycles, including rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and scenario modelling.
Performance Monitoring: Track operational and financial KPIs, highlight risks/opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
SAP Financial Systems: Utilize SAP for reporting, analysis, and process optimization; champion automation and accuracy.
Decision Support & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to drive profitability and efficiency.

Experience and Skills Required

Registered CA(SA) OR CIMA (CGMA)
3–5 years in a relevant finance/business control role
Strong background in logistics, product-based businesses, FMCG, or manufacturing
Solid experience with SAP
Excellent stakeholder management
Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen
