SUMMARY:
Job Spec Our Client in Cape Town requires a Business Delivery Administrator for a contract role.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will focus on providing high-level administrative support. The successful incumbent will be responsible for Assisting with the administration, coordination, and activities for Projects and ultimately ensuring a smooth flow of all processes involved.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
Diploma in Administration

Experience

Experience in Retail FMCG
Proven Track record of Large Scale project implementation support
3+ years of experience in Administrative experience in Projects/Training
General Administration experience

Responsibilities

To perform all administrative duties for the projects
To update and maintain project documentation
To assist with progress reporting
To assist with communication to stakeholders
To assist with the implementation of the projects
Support Recruitment Administration, Project Administration, Logistics, as well as translation administration
Assisting with administration related to Onboarding of Project Resources
Assisting with Training Master Data Management and Training Incident Management
Business Readiness Tracking

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge

1. 2 Years + MS Office: Advanced knowledge in

Excel (especially Pivot tables)
Word
PowerPoint
Outlook

2. Internet literate

3.Telephone etiquette

4. Stakeholder management

Organised (able to focus on various tasks/projects at the same time)
Systematic
Verbal and communication skills
Functions independently and without supervision

Competencies

Deciding and initiating action
Delivering results and meeting deadlines
