JOB SUMMARY:

We are recruiting a Business Delivery Manager to join our team Gauteng.

If successful, you will be in partnership with the Technical Lead â?? responsible for but not limited to providing support across the hiring, mentoring and coaching processes for the teams.

Qualification Required:

• Matric

Preferred Qualification:

• Software Development/Application Management qualification.

Experience Required:

• At least 7 yearsâ?? experience in the Software Development/Application Management industries.
• 3 - 5 Yearsâ?? experience in a leadership position
• Track record in providing Project, Delivery and Financial Management expertise to a diverse team of consulting software specialists.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Regularly interacting and managing stakeholder relationships on senior and executive levels on matters relating to functional areas, divisions, or customers.
• Daily interaction and leading of engagement with customers.
• Developing cross functional relationships across business and technical leads, architects, product owners and internal/client stakeholders.
• Promoting SDLC methodologies whilst still being pragmatic with regarding to each project/client or teamsâ?? unique challenges.
• Communicating project status, open issues and solutions to team and stakeholders

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Have excellent business judgment, with a pragmatic approach to getting things done.
• High attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid â?? would at some point need to go into the office.
