JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to appoint a dynamic, experienced, suitably qualified and self-motivated Business Development 360 Consultant who will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

New Business Development via cold calling to generate new clients
Relationship building with all sector of clients
Resourcing via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media
Arranging interviews- briefing candidates and providing all necessary information in regards to role and opportunity
Attending client visits
Negotiation of rates and terms of business
Ensuring full compliancy of candidates and general administration
Consistent achievement of targets
Strong business development background
Excellent relationship building skills
Customer service experience
Negotiation skills

Requirements

Grade 12 or similar higher qualification, (preferred)
Must have strong spelling and grammar, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
