JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for related administrative duties and for driving corporate identity awareness.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Related Certification, Diploma or Degree in office administrator and / or marketing / and or creative design
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
  • Out of the box thinker, go-getter, and presentable person as you will be the face of the Company
  • Willing and wanting to learn more
  • Analytical and mathematical proficiency
  • A natural skill to quickly learn and understand basic technical terminology
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Creative designing capabilities will be advantageous

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Full function new business development administration duties
  • Basic report writing
  • Invoicing and quotes
