JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for related administrative duties and for driving corporate identity awareness.

Minimum requirements:

Related Certification, Diploma or Degree in office administrator and / or marketing / and or creative design
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
Out of the box thinker, go-getter, and presentable person as you will be the face of the Company
Willing and wanting to learn more
Analytical and mathematical proficiency
A natural skill to quickly learn and understand basic technical terminology
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Creative designing capabilities will be advantageous

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Full function new business development administration duties
Basic report writing
Invoicing and quotes
