Our client one of South Africa's leading travel brands, is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Support Executive to join our Cape Town team.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about travel, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the travel industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Promote Thompsons Holidays' products and services. Conduct product presentations and facilitate training sessions both online and in person. Host workshops, events, conferences, and product launches. Provide sales support to trade partners and internal teams. Identify market opportunities and grow market share. Deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Travel locally and internationally when required. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or sales within the travel industry . Proven experience developing customer relationships and growing sales. Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Creative problem-solving ability with a proactive approach. Strong time management and planning skills. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
