Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to present staffing and labour solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand client staffing needs and collaborate internally to deliver tailored proposals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within staffing or labour hire sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
