SUMMARY:
MASA Cape Town has a vacancy for a Business Development Consultant who has experience in the Temporary Employment Services Industry to join our dynamic team in Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

A result driven individual who is skilled in driving and achieving new business within the Temporary Employment Services industry.

• Experience in providing blue-collar temp staffing solutions and/or experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proven track record of new business development and ability to close sales
• Able to present at board-room level
• Ability to develop and build strong client relationships
• Skilled at problem solving
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Fully computer literate
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

Excellent basic plus commission offered
