SUMMARY:
Our company is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join the establishment. The candidate must have worked as a Business Developer in an IT and Engineering recruitment agency.The company is based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by marketing our recruitment services
• Services existing accounts, obtains new vacancies, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying existing or potential client.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
• Submits .client requests to the talent acquisition specialist
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new services, delivery schedules.
• Recommends changes in service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• • 5 years working experience in sales
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous
  • A qualification is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills
