SUMMARY:
Our company is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join the establishment. The candidate must have worked as a Business Developer in an IT and Engineering recruitment agency.The company is based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves customers by marketing our recruitment services
Services existing accounts, obtains new vacancies, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying existing or potential client.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
Submits .client requests to the talent acquisition specialist
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new services, delivery schedules.
Recommends changes in service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Years of experience:

- 5 years working experience in sales
- Experience in recruitment is advantageous
- A qualification is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills
