SUMMARY:

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Business Development Consultant that will be able to work in a fast paced Recruitment environment based in Pretoria East, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and Degree will be beneficial.
Own car and license.
Microsoft Office literate.
Willing to build a career in Recruitment.

Additional Information

Basic salary + commission + Incentives.
Training and development provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Driving new sales.
Generating and converting leads.
Informing clients of our services, developing and delivering pitches for potential clients.
Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
Encompass excellent negotiation skills to close deals with a variety of clients.
Ability to understand numbers, percentages and mark-ups.
Increase customer base through sourcing new customers and obtaining new orders.
Prepare all documentation for tenders and apply timeously.
Present promote and sell products to existing and prospective clients.
Deliver responsive customer service and implement timeously where agreed.
Achieve agreed on sales targets.
