Business Development Consultant

SUMMARY:

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Business Development Consultant that will be able to work in a fast paced Recruitment environment based in Pretoria East, Gauteng. 

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements: 

• Matric and Degree will be beneficial. 
• Own car and license. 
• Microsoft Office literate. 
• Willing to build a career in Recruitment. 

Additional Information 

• Basic salary + commission  + Incentives. 
• Training and development provided. 

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 
• Driving new sales. 
• Generating and converting leads. 
• Informing clients of our services, developing and delivering pitches for potential clients. 
• Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients. 
• Encompass excellent negotiation skills to close deals with a variety of clients. 
•  Ability to understand numbers, percentages and mark-ups. 
• Increase customer base through sourcing new customers and obtaining new orders. 
• Prepare all documentation for tenders and apply timeously. 
• Present promote and sell products to existing and prospective clients. 
• Deliver responsive customer service and implement timeously where agreed. 
• Achieve agreed on sales targets.
