Our client, a well-established legal & insurance company, is looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg (Houghton).

Candidate must be available to start immediately.

Candidates with experience in:

HR and IR support for employers
Legal advice and assistance
Debt and budgeting advice and assistance
Tax advice and assistance, as well as annual completion of annual tax returns
Trauma Assist (trauma counseling, medical advice, emergency medical response and transport)
TeleTeacher academic assistance for children
Payroll finance (Wozipo Capital – register capital provider)
Accidental death and disability benefits
Hospital cash back benefits
Funeral benefits

Training will be provided

Duties and responsibilities:

Pipeline development
Setup and participate in pitch meetings independently
Successfully convert prospects
Update sales CRM system
Report on call / meetings/ sales activities
Achieved agreed upon targets (both number of sales and value of sales)
Prepare proposals which clearly set out the terms and conditions for he proposed contract
Partake in onboarding of new customers and their employees
Ensure operational staff receive the correct documentation to start contracts and induct new clients
Assist in driving new product development
