JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Business Development Consultant to be based in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
6 to 10 years’ experience in sales/recruitment on Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Perm
Ability to communicate and manage accounts
Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
Valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle
Strong presentation skills
Ability to engage with clients at an Executive level
Target driven
Commission driven
Focused with excellent attention to detail
Sense of urgency (response to clients)

Ability to communicate in a third language

KPAs:

Network to ensure good client database
Source clients for TES and perm divisions
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection)
Ensure that candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendance
Responsible for generating of sales leads for all divisions and sharing with the team and presenting candidate profiles to clients
Set up interviews, prepare and debrief candidates
Presenting offers to candidates and regretting candidates
Salary negotiation with clients and candidates
