Business Development Consultant - Recruitment & Selection

SUMMARY:
The purpose of the job is to acquire new customers and sell services in order to expand/diversify its clientele. The successful incumbent will be excellent in sales and have the ability to build strong relationships with our business clients.

POSITION INFO:

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 3 years external sales or recruitment experience.

• A presentable individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Own reliable car with cell phone
• Computer literate (MS Office)

• • RTS calls - cold calling
  • Schedule Client visits
  • Do presentations
  • Taking and processing of new work orders (projects)
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Networking
