SUMMARY:
A well-established international defence industry company is seeking a Business Development Engineer to expand its global market presence.

POSITION INFO:

This role offers recent graduates an exciting opportunity to contribute to international growth by engaging clients, analysing markets, and developing tailored solutions. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a willingness to travel abroad.

Responsibilities

Research and analyse international markets to identify new opportunities
Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients (domestic and foreign)
Engage with clients to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams to align products with client requirements
Develop and present proposals, contracts, and growth strategies
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events
Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment
Oversee new business projects from planning to delivery
Provide ongoing client support and feedback after project completion

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or related field)
Consistent academic excellence
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with sound organisational skills
IT proficiency (MS Office and related tools)
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
Own reliable transport
Availability: Immediate start advantageous
