POSITION INFO:

About the Role

As a Business Development Engineer, you will create and implement strategies to grow the company’s global footprint. You’ll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver innovative solutions, manage projects from conception to delivery, and provide ongoing client support.

What You’ll Do

Research domestic and international markets to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend industry events
Collaborate with engineering to tailor products or services for clients
Prepare and present proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance
Lead projects from initiation to delivery, providing feedback and support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Valid passport for international travel and reliable transport
Strong IT skills and professional presentation
Availability to start immediately is advantageous

Academic & Performance Expectations

Exceptional matric results, especially in Mathematics
Outstanding university academic record
Ability to contribute value from day one, with strong problem-solving and learning skills

Detail-oriented and organized
Willingness to exceed expectations and work across international time zones
Project or business management experience advantageous
