We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead recruitment and business growth for our flagship HerPotential Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme and other bold initiatives across Kenya.

POSITION INFO:

• Drive recruitment for top-tier entrepreneurship programmes
• Tap into your vast network to generate quality leads and partnerships
• Engage deeply with MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders
• Represent us at major forums, expos, and ecosystem events
• Collaborate across teams to fuel sustainable programme growth
• Build relationships that convert, retain, and create real impact

🔍 You MUST Have:
✔ A background in education, training, or learning & development
✔ Deep, hands-on experience working with MSMEs or SMMEs
A strong professional network in business, development, and enterprise support
✔ 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships
✔ A degree in Business, Marketing, Development, or a related field
✔ Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
