POSITION INFO:

A leading player in the travel industry is seeking a Business Development Professional to help expand its network of Travel Agencies and Independent Travel Consultants (ITCs). If you're a natural relationship builder with a passion for travel and a knack for sales, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard Travel Agencies and ITCs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel professionals.
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners and corporate clients.
Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new and existing partners.
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Develop strategies to enter new markets and drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on business development goals.
Provide ongoing support to partner agencies.

What You Bring:

Post-matric qualification in a relevant field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the travel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid understanding of the travel agency landscape.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
