An established company is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Sales Executive to join their growing Clearing and Forwarding team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a confident go-getter who enjoys building strong client relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Present and promote clearing and forwarding services to potential clients
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Liaise with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information

Requirements:

Minimum of 4–6 years experience in sales within clearing and forwarding industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
