SUMMARY:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the office automation sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct client needs analysis and propose suitable office automation solutions
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities on CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in business development or sales
Experience in the office automation / technology / IT solutions industry (advantageous)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems)
