POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements. Present tailored logistics and courier solutions that meet clients' operational needs. Prepare quotations and proposals and successfully negotiate and close deals. Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system. Keep sales forecasts up to date and provide regular progress reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
