SUMMARY:
We are looking for a driven Senior Business Development to grow revenue through acquiring new customers and expanding existing opportunities within the retail sales channel. The role focuses on B2B and B2C sales, pipeline development, high-value engagements, and converting leads into student enrolments. for all provinces

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Build and maintain a strong B2B and B2C sales pipeline. Identify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales. Engage prospective students and corporate clients through consultative selling. Build strong customer relationships and drive referrals. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports. Work with Marketing, Admissions and Training teams to improve lead conversion. Maintain strong product knowledge and provide market feedback. Diploma\/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is advantageous. 4-7+ years' sales experience in a high-performance environment. Proven B2B and B2C sales experience , preferably within education. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in retail, call centre or education sales is advantageous. Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills. CRM and pipeline management experience. Willingness to service clients across South Africa. Key Competencies Minimum Requirements
